NABX was cancelled this year and became Spring Break Buggy Blast 2013. Josh Hough spent 2 weeks taking in the sights and sounds of Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Ivanpah dry lake bed on the Nevada, California border. The vast expanse of the playa was perfect for buggy freestyling and speed runs. In the afternoons when the winds picked up the 8m Psycho was perfect for handling dust devils and strong winds and hitting speeds over 50mph. In the evenings as the thermal effect died down, the 12m Speed 3 came into its own. Some great freestyle sessions were had off the ramp until the sun set. Met some new and old friends and hope to return soon!
