Introducing the Flysurfer Cronix - The first Flysurfer LEI

Many of you will have seen rumours on forums or heard them on the beach. This is a pretty big move for Flysurfer. Although the option of building a leading edge inflatable has always been open, the focus has always been on ram air foil kites. The main hold back from building a LEI kite was the question “What can we do differently to improve a basic LEI?” and until there was a good answer, nothing was developed further. The Cronix addresses that question – the main development is the Adaptive Airfoil. This allows the rider to change the profile of the canopy whilst flying, as opposed to just the angle of attack.
