Trying before you buy is normal when looking for a new kite. We know from experience that demo days work – but it is not always possible to make it to one of these, or the conditions are not right on the day for the product you are looking at. For this reason we have developed our digital test centre.
You sign up online using the form below, just let us know what you want to test and we ship it out to you. You get 2 weeks to test the product and return it. We will call you before shipping out the product to make sure you have requested a suitable product and also to discuss availability. We will also require proof of ID.

- How much does it cost?
We will ship the kite to you free of charge. You will need to ship this back to us and insure it against loss. Once you have received the kite it is your responsibility. - How long can I keep the kite?
The loan period is 2 weeks. After that we will need the kite back so we can send it on to the next person. - What happens if the kite is damaged?
If you damage the kite you will have to foot the bill for the repair. - What happens if the kite is lost?
Once you have the kite in your possession it is your responsibility. If you lose it then it will need to be replaced. The kites are provided in perfect working order though and as long as you connect your leash properly this should not be an issue. - Can I buy the demo kite?
Generally we need the demo kite back to go on to the next test, so they are not for sale. At the end of their service in the demo fleet they are sold online. - Is this available everywhere?
